The Delhi Police has always been praised for its innovative and engaging approach towards road safety awareness on social media. They utilise every possible opportunity to connect with viewers and convey messages in an impactful way. They tailor their content using memes, humour, images, and videos to spread awareness about traffic rules among the masses. Now, in a fresh take, the Delhi police have come up with another creative post, urging people to maintain their speed on the road.
Referring to a little champ, the Delhi Police shared a heartwarming video on X (Formerly Twitter) featuring a little munchkin effortlessly gliding on skates along a street. The featured video unfolds to show a little ‘champ’ slowly and steadily gliding on skates at an optimal speed, underscoring the significance of road safety.
Delhi Police took this aww-dorable video as a classic example to drive home the message of driving safely on roads and the need to adhere to speed limits. The video also had a message that read, “Keep your speed in control like this little champ.”
“Maintain your speed like this genius. Balanced, Focused & Controlled,” Delhi Police captioned as they shared the post.
Have a look at the mind-blogging post:
Soon after being shared, the video went viral garnering the attention of more than 21,000 viewers on X. Social media users chimed in to the comment section to express their thoughts about the post. Reacting to the post, one of the users wrote, “Best motivational advertisement.”
“Genius because of the freeway… Reality- Different speeds on road due to path holes, Slow rickshaw, wrong way vehicles/cart, signal jump by vehicles or on footers, illegal/wrong parking. Maintain a speed of 20-30 then come into the office late,” expressed a user.
Adding a tweak of humour, a user stated, “Great, but this genius is not wearing a helmet.”
Meanwhile, as mentioned above, it is not the first time that Delhi Police have shared a creative post on social media to spread awareness about road safety. Earlier, Delhi Police shared a message about road safety for bikers on X and urged them to refrain from performing stunts on the roads.
To make the post more appealing, the department made sure to add a tweak of humour to the advisory. The post had a screenshot of a Google result page, with a question in the search box reading, “How to do a wheelie.” Despite the usual answer, Google came up with a hilarious suggestion asking, “Did you mean: How to land up in a hospital bed?”
Isn’t the post amazing?
